Welcome to Masters Football League (“MFL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MFL website, MFL Plus subscriptions, merchandise store, league participation opportunities, promotional services, and other products, content, features, and services offered by MFL (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the MFL website, purchasing a product, subscribing to MFL Plus, participating in an MFL league or event, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
 

1. About Masters Football League

Masters Football League is an independently operated virtual football league and entertainment organization.

MFL organizes virtual football competitions and creates entertainment and social-media content related to those competitions, including league coverage, standings, statistics, graphics, highlights, commentary, broadcasts, rankings, awards, promotional content, and other media.

MFL may also offer memberships or subscriptions, merchandise, promotional opportunities, community features, competitions, and other services.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase products or paid Services from MFL.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your use or purchase of paid MFL Services must be made with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

MFL reserves the right to establish additional eligibility requirements for particular leagues, competitions, subscriptions, promotions, or Services.
 

3. MFL Plus (Offered on our Linked Discord)

MFL may offer a paid membership or subscription program known as MFL Plus.

MFL Plus may provide subscribers with benefits such as opportunities to promote their social-media accounts, gaming streams, content, brands, or other approved material through the MFL platform and audience, along with other benefits that MFL may make available from time to time.

The specific benefits, pricing, frequency, eligibility requirements, and limitations associated with MFL Plus will be described on the applicable subscription or purchase page.

MFL Plus does not guarantee any specific number of views, impressions, followers, subscribers, engagements, clicks, customers, sales, revenue, sponsorship opportunities, or other results.

Social-media performance depends on numerous factors outside MFL’s control, including platform algorithms, audience interest, content quality, timing, and changes made by third-party platforms.
 

4. MFL Plus Recurring Billing

If you purchase an automatically renewing MFL Plus subscription, you authorize MFL and its applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account at the price and billing frequency disclosed to you when you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled.

The applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

MFL may change subscription pricing or benefits in the future. When required, we will provide notice before a pricing change applies to a future billing period.

Your continued subscription following the effective date of a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription price or benefits.
 

5. Cancellation of MFL Plus

You may cancel an automatically renewing MFL Plus subscription through the cancellation options made available by direct messaging the MFL's main account on discord.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the direct message is sent.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid, and you may continue to have access to applicable subscription benefits through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

MFL will not intentionally require a subscriber to continue paying for future subscription periods after a valid cancellation has taken effect.
 

6. MFL Plus Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments for MFL Plus subscription periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable.

MFL may, at its discretion, issue refunds, credits, or other accommodations in exceptional circumstances.

If MFL terminates a paid subscription without cause before the end of a prepaid subscription period, MFL may provide an appropriate prorated refund or credit where warranted.

Termination resulting from violations of these Terms, league rules, misconduct, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or other prohibited conduct may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.
 

7. Social-Media Promotion Benefits

Certain MFL subscriptions, partnerships, or programs may provide opportunities for users to submit social-media accounts, gaming streams, businesses, brands, content, or other material for promotion through MFL channels.

Purchasing an MFL subscription does not give a subscriber ownership or control over MFL’s social-media accounts or audience.

MFL retains reasonable editorial control over content published through MFL-owned channels, including the format, timing, presentation, captioning, placement, and duration of promotional material.

MFL may refuse to publish or may remove promotional material that we reasonably determine is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, dangerous, infringing, inconsistent with MFL standards, or potentially harmful to MFL, its community, or its partners.

Promotional opportunities are not guarantees of commercial success or audience growth.
 

8. League Participation

Participation in an MFL league, season, tournament, event, or competition may be subject to additional rules, schedules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, competitive policies, and codes of conduct established by MFL.

By participating, you agree to follow the applicable MFL Rulebook and official league decisions.

MFL may make reasonable administrative decisions necessary to operate its competitions, including decisions concerning scheduling, standings, roster rules, eligibility, competitive integrity, forfeitures, suspensions, penalties, disqualifications, promotion or relegation, and other league matters.

MFL may amend league rules when reasonably necessary to preserve competitive integrity, address unforeseen circumstances, or improve league operations.

Unless otherwise stated, participation in MFL does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or franchise relationship between a participant and MFL.
 

9. Competitive Integrity

MFL participants are expected to compete fairly and in good faith.

Prohibited behavior may include cheating, exploiting unauthorized game mechanics, intentionally manipulating results, collusion, falsifying information or evidence, impersonating another participant, intentionally disrupting league operations, or otherwise attempting to undermine the integrity of an MFL competition.

MFL may investigate suspected violations and impose penalties consistent with applicable league rules.
 

10. Acceptable Conduct

Users and participants may not use MFL Services to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;

• Engage in unlawful discrimination or targeted hateful conduct;

• Publish or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally deceptive material;

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights belonging to another person or organization;

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to MFL systems or accounts;

• Commit fraud or abuse payment systems;

• Impersonate MFL representatives, league officials, players, or other users;

• Distribute malware or malicious software;

• Manipulate competitions or league results; or

• Engage in conduct that materially damages the operation, integrity, security, or community of MFL.

MFL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services or league participation for serious or repeated violations.
 

11. Merchandise and Online Store

MFL may sell apparel, accessories, collectibles, and other merchandise through its website.

Some merchandise may be manufactured, printed, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment providers.

Product photographs, mockups, colors, sizing, and other representations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. Actual products may contain minor variations resulting from manufacturing, printing, display settings, or other factors.

Product availability is not guaranteed, and MFL may modify or discontinue merchandise at any time.
 

12. Merchandise Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges disclosed during checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

MFL reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.

If MFL cancels an order after payment has been collected and the product will not be provided, the applicable payment will generally be refunded.
 

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

MFL is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by carriers, fulfillment providers, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside MFL’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
 

14. Merchandise Returns and Refunds

Merchandise returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the MFL Refund & Return Policy displayed on the website.

Because certain MFL products may be produced on demand, return eligibility may differ from traditionally stocked retail products.

Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before purchasing merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund, replacement, or return rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
 

15. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

MFL may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information. Payment information may instead be handled by the applicable payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when purchasing MFL products or Services.
 

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, we encourage you to contact MFL first so we can investigate the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of an MFL account, subscription, or league participation where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights to dispute unauthorized or improper charges through your payment provider.
 

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, MFL-owned branding and original content—including the Masters Football League name, MFL name, MFL logos, original team identities, league graphics, website designs, written materials, original artwork, videos, broadcasts, statistics compilations, promotional materials, and other original MFL-created content—are owned by or licensed to MFL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, falsely claim ownership of, or create unauthorized commercial uses of MFL-owned intellectual property without permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of MFL intellectual property.
 

18. User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit content to MFL for league coverage, promotion, competition administration, or publication, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant MFL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, format, distribute, and publish submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, cover, promote, and market MFL and its competitions.

You retain any ownership rights you otherwise hold in your original content.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original intellectual property to MFL.
 

19. Publicity and League Coverage

MFL is an entertainment-focused league, and participation may result in usernames, gamer tags, team affiliations, statistics, game results, highlights, quotes, submitted images, or other league-related information appearing in MFL coverage.

By voluntarily participating in MFL competitions, you acknowledge that ordinary information concerning your participation and competitive performance may be publicly reported as part of MFL’s league coverage, subject to applicable law and MFL’s Privacy Policy.
 

20. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain games, trademarks, team names, player names, logos, images, video-game assets, and other materials referenced in MFL-related content may belong to third parties.

Ownership of third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners.

Reference to or depiction of third-party products or intellectual property does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
 

21. Independence From EA, Madden, NFL, and NFLPA

Masters Football League is an independent virtual football league and entertainment organization.

MFL is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially associated with Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA”), EA SPORTS, Madden NFL, the National Football League (“NFL”), the National Football League Players Association (“NFLPA”), or their respective affiliates, teams, licensors, partners, or representatives.

“Madden,” “Madden NFL,” “EA SPORTS,” “NFL,” “NFLPA,” team names, player names, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

Any references to third-party games, leagues, teams, athletes, or brands are used solely for purposes such as identifying the game or subject being discussed, virtual competition, commentary, news-style coverage, or entertainment, as applicable.

No third-party trademark owner should be understood to sponsor or endorse MFL solely because its product, trademark, or content is referenced on the MFL website or social-media channels.
 

22. Third-Party Platforms

MFL activities may rely on third-party platforms, games, websites, social networks, streaming services, payment providers, fulfillment providers, or other services.

MFL does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee that their platforms will remain available or unchanged.

Changes, outages, suspensions, account restrictions, game updates, server problems, algorithm changes, or policy changes made by third parties may affect MFL Services.

MFL is not responsible for actions taken independently by third-party platforms.
 

23. Service Availability

MFL does not guarantee that its website, leagues, subscriptions, broadcasts, social-media channels, store, or other Services will operate uninterrupted or without errors.

We may temporarily modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services for maintenance, security, operational, competitive, legal, or business reasons.
 

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MFL Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

MFL makes no guarantee that participation, subscriptions, promotions, merchandise, website access, or other Services will produce any particular financial, competitive, social-media, audience, or commercial outcome.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
 

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MFL and its owners, operators, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Services.

This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, social-media reach, competitive opportunities, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFL’s aggregate liability arising from a particular paid Service or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to MFL for the applicable Service or transaction during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
 

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFL and its owners, operators, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit without appropriate rights or authorization.
 

27. Suspension and Termination

MFL may suspend or terminate access to accounts, subscriptions, promotional benefits, or league participation when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violations of these Terms;

• Violations of applicable MFL league rules;

• Fraud or payment abuse;

• Serious misconduct;

• Threats to security or competitive integrity;

• Illegal activity; or

• Other conduct that materially harms MFL, its participants, users, or Services.

Where appropriate, MFL may issue warnings or temporary restrictions before termination, but serious violations may result in immediate action.
 

28. Changes to MFL Services

MFL may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, merchandise, subscription benefits, league formats, promotional opportunities, or other Services.

Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any disclosures provided when the subscription was purchased.
 

29. Changes to These Terms

MFL may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
 

30. Privacy

Use of the MFL website and Services is also subject to the MFL Privacy Policy, which explains how MFL collects, uses, and handles personal information.
 

31. Governing Law

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be brought in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires a different forum.
 

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

33. No Waiver

Failure by MFL to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive MFL’s right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
 

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable MFL Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, subscription terms, MFL Rulebook, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable MFL Services.

If specific terms presented at checkout or during registration conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control with respect to that transaction or Service.
