Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting the Masters Football League (MFL). Because many MFL products are produced specifically for each customer using a print-on-demand fulfillment process, our return and refund policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

MFL merchandise is produced on demand after an order is placed. Because products are made specifically to fulfill individual orders, all merchandise sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because:

You ordered the wrong size or color;
You changed your mind after ordering;
You no longer want the product; or
You prefer a different product, design, or size.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your shipping information before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered due to a fulfillment error, please contact MFL within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your name;
Order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs showing the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, MFL may provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Depending on the circumstances, you may not be required to return the defective or incorrect product.

Incorrect Size Ordered

Because MFL merchandise is produced on demand, we generally cannot provide a free replacement, exchange, or refund when a customer orders the incorrect size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable sizing information before completing their purchase.

If you believe the item you received was manufactured incorrectly or does not reasonably match the stated sizing specifications, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may be automatically submitted for production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact MFL as soon as possible. We will attempt to make the requested change or cancellation if production has not yet begun, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

MFL is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided by the customer.

If an order is returned or requires reshipment because of an incorrect address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit or you have not received your order within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact MFL.

We will review the shipment information and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment or shipping provider to determine whether a replacement or refund is available.

MFL is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law or where evidence indicates a fulfillment or delivery error.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an MFL or fulfillment-provider error or otherwise required by law.

MFL Plus Subscriptions

MFL Plus subscriptions are separate from merchandise purchases.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, MFL Plus subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Subscribers may cancel an automatically renewing MFL Plus subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund for a subscription period that has already begun.

Access to applicable MFL Plus benefits may continue through the remainder of the already-paid subscription period.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any refund, return, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
