MFL competitions and content may involve or reference the Madden NFL video game series.

MFL may publish content related to virtual football competition, including commentary, results, statistics, rankings, highlights, screenshots, or other material involving third-party video games.

Any third-party game content appearing in MFL media remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

The inclusion of third-party content on the MFL website or MFL social-media channels should not be interpreted as an assertion by MFL that it owns that third-party intellectual property or as evidence of an official relationship between MFL and the applicable rights holder.

 

MFL Intellectual Property

MFL’s independently created intellectual property, including the Masters Football League and MFL names, original MFL branding, original league logos, original team identities, graphics, written materials, broadcasts, statistics compilations, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to MFL as applicable.

Third-party intellectual property appearing alongside MFL-created content remains the property of its respective owners.

 

No Guaranteed Results

Participation in MFL, purchasing an MFL Plus subscription, or receiving promotional opportunities through MFL does not guarantee any specific number of views, impressions, followers, subscribers, engagements, customers, sales, revenue, sponsorships, or other results.

Social-media and streaming performance can be affected by factors outside MFL’s control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, third-party policies, and changes to social-media platforms.
